Memory Of A Landscape
The Memory of a Landscape evokes a place not as it appears, but as it is remembered — layered, softened, and shaped by time. Flowing bands of colour suggest hills, valleys, and horizons dissolving into one another, as if recalled through feeling rather than sight. Created with alcohol ink, the work embraces chance and movement, allowing the medium to echo the way landscapes hold memory: quietly, patiently, and beneath the surface. The piece invites the viewer to slow down, listen deeply, and sense what remains long after a place has changed.
