Gold Lies Waiting
Gold Lies Waiting reflects on the way we have learned to see the Earth — not as a living presence, but as a storehouse of resources to be extracted and claimed. The towering forms rise like mineral-rich mountains, their warm ochres, rusts, and burnished golds suggesting both abundance and vulnerability. Exposed strata are compressed, layered, and shaped by forces far older than human desire.
