I am really thrilled to share that I have signed a contract for my work to be sold and rented by Artiq. Artiq is an international arts consultancy agency that connects their clients to the cultural world, curates collections and experiences and guarantees fair pay for their artists. Artiq creates impact with culture, through placing contemporary art in settings outside of the traditional gallery space. After being approached by the curator at Artiq and selling a piece to one of their clients, I applied with my portfolio and was successful in being added to the roster of artists that Artiq represents. This is really exciting for me to get my work into more corporate and hospitality spaces that I wouldn't ordinarily be able to access myself. Artiq are working B2B and curating selections for their clients projects, selecting artists that resonate with their clients brief. The team at Artiq have been wonderfully supportive exploring ways I can connect with their community and artist opportunities regardless of my disability. I am very much looking forward to seeing how this partnership unfolds.
