A: Yes, all artworks available on our website are created by Fran Duncan. Each piece is unique and crafted with care.

A: To place an order, simply browse our collection, select the artwork you wish to purchase, and click on the "Add to Cart" button. Follow the prompts to complete your purchase through our secure checkout process.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, and other secure payment methods. All transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway. You can also pay in instalments using Klarna.
Q: Can I request a custom piece of art?
A: Yes, Fran Duncan accepts commissions for custom artworks. Please contact us through the "Contact" page to discuss your requirements and receive a quote.
Shipping and Delivery
Q: How is the artwork packaged for shipping?
A: All artworks are carefully packaged using high-quality materials to ensure they arrive safely. Smaller prints are shipped in reinforced envelopes, while larger prints are sent rolled in a tube with acid free tissue paper. Unmounted Originals are are sent rolled in a tube with acid free tissue paper. Mounted originals are sent securely boxed.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location. Please be aware, customs charges vary depending on your individual country and we have no control over this.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Delivery times depend on the destination and the type of artwork. Typically, orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Shipping within the UK usually takes a further 5-7 business days, while international shipping can take 10-21 business days.
If you want something urgently, contact us before your order. Add a note with your order and specific time frame. We can't guarantee it, but we will endeavour to speed up the process.
Returns and Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us before returning any items.

Q: What if my artwork arrives damaged?
A: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.
Q: Can I exchange an artwork I purchased?
A: Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you wish to exchange your purchase and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Artwork Care and Authenticity
Q: How do I care for my artwork?
A: To keep your artwork in pristine condition, as with all artwork, avoid direct sunlight, high humidity, and extreme temperatures. We recommend framing prints behind glass. Mounted Originals on board are finished with a UV protective varnish but still need to be kept out of direct sunlight. They can be dusted with a dry cloth. For Unmounted originals and prints, we recommend framing behind glass.

Q: How can I be sure the artwork is authentic?
A: Each artwork comes with a certificate of authenticity signed by Fran Duncan. This certificate verifies that the piece is an original work created by the artist. Limited Edition prints are hand signed and come with a certificate of authenticity.
